Meet the Team
The founder of DSP Studios, Drew Spears brings nearly two decades of experience as a comedy performer, writer and producer to push the boundaries of what is possible in live streaming and video production. One of his credits includes voicing a Russian Herring in the English dub of "Super Furball", a Finnish children's film about a heroic Hamster.

Langston is our Director of Operations at DSP Studios. They do it all, manage, book clients, organize, and generally bring all the pieces together to make this company smoother than ever. In their free-time, they paint murals.

Liam went to Northwestern and has a MFA in Playwriting! Before working at DSP, they were a production manager and technical director in Chicago for almost a decade. Now, they’re Head of Production. Overall, Liam likes to 3D print, write, and make things with cardboard.

Woody Massie is a video studio facilities manager who keeps production spaces running smoothly and creatively on track. Outside the studio, he’s a comedian and storyteller with an unhealthy obsession with music, blending sharp humor, personal stories, and rhythm-driven references wherever he goes.

Alec is our post production supervisor and lead editor. He has edited Comedy Specials and Verticals that have amassed over a millions views across multiple platforms. He is also an accomplished writer/director in his own right with his work being official selections of Slamdance and Beyond Fest.
Alec Scholzen
Editor and expert in equipment, Elisabeth imposed order and clarity upon a studio where chaos reigned. Analog video, live music and activism can be counted amongst her interests as well as hustling projects as writer, camera operator and gaffer.

Anya is show runner and keeps these clips churning. She went to University Illinois Chicago. Anya is a mulitmedia artist and producer. She co-founded Bummercamp Media in Chicago, and co-produced an Los Angeles production of Teras.
